Our lead coach is Ian Mair. Ian has decades of experience across a variety of industries and functional specialisms. He has embraced change throughout his career which has lead to multiple overseas assignments and being at the heart of change initiatives in blue chip organisations. Ian is an experienced board level executive who brings diversity of thought to every engagement. He is Founding Partner at Bothy Consulting and sits on the Boards of a higher education institution as well as a technology startup and a Hong Kong based real estate subsidiary. He brings all of his diverse experience to bear as a coach, marrying his depth of understanding with a natural curiosity and ability to evoke new awareness in his clients.
